The following day, testing and training continues
on site..Tayo started first before handing over to
me after the tea break…within short period it was
time for lunch……I went to the table prepared for
us and started eating, one of the women sat
beside me while tayo was still fixing something
with her system….her other colleagues decided to
take their food to their office except one that
joined us……
Madam:how is it with you guys work
Me:just normal and interesting
Madam:thatz good to hear…what did you study in
school
Me:sociology ma
Madam:sociology? How come you are doing this
Me:training and passion ma
Oga:Thatz very good……and how long have you
been in the system
Me:been a while
Oga:a while like when………..
Me:two to three years sha with series of training
Madam:training where………………
Me:Both in Nigeria and outside
Madam:thatz good ooo……keep it up, you are a
good facilitator and you are good at it

Madam:What if we say you should come and work
with us permanently abi what do u think Kunle
Kunle:It will be a good idea Juliet……………
Madam:we can match your salary and even
double it……………..
Me:ohk ma bu i guess you can discuss that with
our management
Juliet:must your management know about
that…………………….
Kunle:you resign and come to us now……………..
Me:I understand Ma but everytyn has to come
through my management…You can propose it to
BJ
Juliet:BJ will never accept that now cos how will
you guys be making your money more reason

We finished for the day and i engaged tayo in
some conversation again

Tayo:whats that….
Me:This pple tried to poach me today to come
and work for the and leave my organization
Tayo:lolzz..thats normal…we get that alot
whenever we are on site

Me:when they asked me hw many years i don dey
system, i tell dem 3yrs and i don go training for
naija and othe countries too…

Me:thank God say i no fumble
Tayo:If they talk to BJ and negotiated very well, Bj
can give them one person that will be the one but
it will never be the company cherish

going, BJ is already seeing you as an asset and i
don’t think she can leave you in the next

I will be lying if i say i didn’t feel anytyn for
Tayo..she’s beautiful, intelligent, hardworking and
working with her has been wonderful so
far……………I guess the feelings developed
overtime.
